Rita Rizzo is the Principal of Rizzo & Associates, an Ohio based consulting and training firm. She holds a Masters Degree in Training and Human Resource Management from University of Leicester in Leicester, England and received her undergraduate education in the field of psychology from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Rita is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a prestigious distinction awarded to her by the Institute of Management Consultants in 2002.  She is also a certified conflict mediator and a certificated retention specialist.

Rita has over 22 years experience in the management consulting field.  She has provided training and consulting services for over 5000 audiences from government entities and over 1000 audiences in the corporate and healthcare sectors.  She does extensive work for human service agencies both nationally and internationally.  Each and every presentation Rita delivers is done with warmth, wit, and sincerity, and she never fails to engage her audience in fun, facilitative and fulfilling ways. Rita’s interest and expertise lies in the areas of Human Talent (Resource) Development, Performance Enhancement, Leadership, and Inclusion Management.

Lou Vincent is the Vice President of Rizzo & Associates. He also serves the firm as a trainer and consultant. Prior to coming to Rizzo & Associates, he was employed as a Supervisory Administrator at Boys Village, a residential treatment center for adolescent boys in Smithville, Ohio. He holds a certification in Organizational Behavior from Heriot Watt University in Scotland and is currently a Master's Candidate in their MBA program. 

Lou’s “pleasing personality” and down-to-earth wisdom make for an insight-provoking, pleasant, and interesting training experience. He has conducted over 2500 seminars with audiences from governmental institutions, health care facilities, and associations. He specializes in the topics of diversity, human resource development, systems approaches and workplace violence.

Mark Valle brings over 25 years of practical Management and Marketing experience to the consulting arena. A degree in Marketing and a Masters in Finance are complimented by success in a variety of endeavors including founding a successful industrial company, creating innovative retail marketing, consulting a foreign municipal government on industrial and  commercial development, negotiating mergers for small business and implementing organizational development based on creating a progressive, positive climate and publishing his second book in 2006. Industries include engineering, trucking, retail, e-commerce, municipal, public agencies and the State of California.

He believes sensitivity to the people in an organization is an essential premise to enhancing any structure. "Useable ideas that are understood and applied effectively are invaluable. Dr. Brian W. Grossman is a clinician and trainer specializing in organizational development. His specific focus is working with employers--particularly managers and supervisors -- to support them in facilitating stronger performance from underachievers. Brian is based in Sherman Oaks, California.

In his career, Brian has worked with employees, children, adolescents and adults to enhance the performance of underachievers. He is known for his expertise in assessment and consultative training to achieve change. As Senior Psychologist coordinating outpatient mental health at a maximum-security prison (supervising seven masters-level therapists), Brian gained considerable experience and insight into how people outside society's mainstream can be supported to become productive members of their community. Over the years, he also developed significant experience in therapy, counseling, and change management for individuals, groups and organizations.

Dr. Patricia Parham founded Parham Enterprises in 1987 and has conducted organization development interventions for almost 20 years.  As a senior internal and independent external consultant, she has worked with public and private sector organizations to build more effective leadership and work forces that overcome challenges in the areas of productivity, cost, safety and diversity.  Her forte is identifying and integrating new processes into ongoing work content and procedures which increase ownership and lead to greater effectiveness and creativity.

Equally adept at facilitating organizational solutions and coaching executives into higher levels of performance, Dr. Parham has helped companies increase revenues, improve safety records and align divisions around goals which appear to conflict.  Her passion lies in revolutionizing work places to support the maximum development of employees, vendors, owners and all stakeholders by clarifying goals and outcomes, generating commitment and loyalty, and coordinating activities to capture synergies.
